The Canyon of Heroes
New York City, 2026

The New York Knicks had won the NBA championship. Along the Canyon of Heroes, a euphoric crowd climbed onto trucks, rooftops, ledges, and anything else that offered a view.

For a day, the city suspended its usual rhythm. Everyone was simply trying to catch a glimpse of history.
